Where We Ship
 

The Loopy Sisters ships to UK addresses only.

 

Processing Time

All items are handcrafted to order or in small batches. Processing times vary by product:

• Knitted Wire Art: 3-5 business days to make and dispatch

• Crochet Handbags & Home Decor: 5-10 business days to make and dispatch

 

If your order contains items with different processing times, we’ll ship everything together once the whole order is ready. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

 

UK Delivery Costs
 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size:

• Small items - £3.65

• Medium items - £5.55

• Large items - £11.95

Free UK shipping on orders over £50.

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with delivery in 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Custom Orders
For custom commissions, we’ll confirm exact timescales and shipping costs with you before payment. Please email theloopysisterscrochet@gmail.com

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t turn up, please contact us within 7 days at theloopysisterscrochet@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
