The Loopy Sisters is a small UK business selling handcrafted knitted wire art, crochet handbags, and home decor. Our registered address is available on request via theloopysisterscrochet@gmail.com. By placing an order through our website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payment

All items are handcrafted to order or in small batches. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our secure payment provider. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We are not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion fees.

Product Information

We make every effort to display colours, textures, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, all items are handmade and slight variations in colour, texture, and size are to be expected. This is part of the charm of handmade work and is not considered a fault. Colours may also appear differently on different screens. If you need more photos before ordering, please email us. Product dimensions listed are approximate.

Processing & Dispatch

Processing times vary by product. Knitted wire art takes 3 to 5 business days to make and dispatch. Crochet handbags and home decor take 5 to 10 business days to make and dispatch. If your order contains items with different processing times, we will ship everything together once the whole order is ready. All products are photographed before dispatch for our records and to confirm condition prior to posting. We currently ship to UK addresses only via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size. Free UK shipping applies on orders over £50. For custom commissions we will confirm exact timescales and costs before payment.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of cancellation for standard items. We cannot accept returns on crochet handbags, custom or made-to-order items, or earrings unless faulty. We cannot accept returns because you feel a colour looks different to the picture, unless the item is significantly different from what you ordered. If any item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised items are made to your specifications. Please check all details carefully before confirming, as we cannot amend or cancel custom orders once work has begun. You are responsible for providing accurate spelling, colours, and sizing. We are not liable for errors in information supplied by you.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of The Loopy Sisters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Purchasing an item does not transfer intellectual property rights.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability for faulty items is limited to the price paid for the item. Wire art may contain sharp points and small parts. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Handbags should not be overloaded. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
